We currently operate with a robust foundation built on specialized expertise. Our core teams include:

• Aircraft Dismantling & Engineering Team: Comprising 8-15 highly skilled engineers and specialists dedicated to aircraft teardown, component recovery, and re-assembly expertise. They ensure meticulous part-out processes and precise assembly.
• Aircraft Parts Distribution: Managing an extensive inventory of certified parts.
• Logistics & Packaging Solutions: Ensuring secure and timely global delivery.
• MRO Partnership Services: Providing comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul support.
• All operations adhere to FAA-approved quality standards and international aviation regulations, ensuring full traceability and certification for every part.

Short-Term Expansion Plan (Target: 2027):

To achieve our mid-sized organizational goal, we are actively implementing the following strategic expansions:

• Sales Department Expansion: We are adding 8 new sales positions. These will be structured with Regional Managers overseeing individual Sales Representatives in key geographic regions, enhancing our market penetration and client relationship management. All sales personnel will be proficient in English to facilitate global communication.
• Enhanced Logistics & Quality Control: We are hiring a dedicated Packing, Receiving, and Shipping Specialist to meticulously control and track parts, ensuring timely delivery within specified lead times. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of product quality verification and preventing errors.
• Strengthened Accounting Department: Expanding our accounting team to manage increased transaction volumes and ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
• Strategic Operations Manager: A pivotal new management position will be introduced. This individual will be a highly knowledgeable professional responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operational streams, effectively solving complex problems, and ensuring seamless inter-departmental collaboration. This manager will also be fluent in English and will be the primary liaison for contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and fostering international relationships.
